SHIPPING:
Orders of all “in-stock” items will ship within 2 business days after being placed. All skirts are shipped for FREE (within the US) via USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 1-3 days depending on your location within the US.
Race Legs are shipped for FREE with the purchase of a skirt, or may be shipped via USPS standard mail.
All International ordered are shipped via USPS, which generally takes approximately 7 – 10 business days depending on your location outside of the US.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us with your preferred skirt size & color (we have to make sure it’s in stock) & ship the item to Team Sparkle via your preferred method, within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly ship your next skirt to you for free via USPS standard shipping (if you would like to upgrade to priority shipping please email us), once we have received your skirt.
If you wish to return a skirt, Team Sparkle will gladly refund your money (minus a $5 re-stocking fee), upon receiving your skirt. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number & ship the item to Team Sparkle via your preferred method, within 15 days of purchase.
*Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or return CUSTOM skirts.
*Please note that Team Sparkle does not pay for your cost to return the order to us.
*We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail with tracking information. Items sent but not received by Team Sparkle will NOT receive credit for the return.
SIZING:
When measuring for your “waist” for your Team Sparkle skirt, we suggest using the measurement where you would like your skirt to sit on your waist (we suggest 2″ – 3″ below your natural waist). However, the most important measurement is the hip. The waistbands on the skirts are extremely stretchy & can accommodate a large variety of waist sizes, but because of the yoke design, you want to make sure there is enough room at the hips to be comfortable.
For example, when we say the small Team Sparkle skirt fits hips ups to a 32″, that means even someone who’s hip measure 32″, will still have an additional 4″ of extra “hip” room (a common amount of ease for wear and movement comfort).
